Towards a European One Health AMR Partnership

Within Horizon Europe, the European Commission, in collaboration with Member States, is planning an European One Health AMR Co-funded partnership. This future partnership will build on and further expand from the  current JPIAMR joint research programme that in the last years has mobilised over 125 million euros based on common research priorities. The OH AMR partnership will strongly focus on the One Health approach, encompasses the human, environment and animal sectors and their interactions, and it will continue the coordinating efforts of JPIAMR by planning joint activities and monitoring the progress to address the AMR health threats originating in the human-animal-environment interface in Europe and beyond.
